Japo Parcero is a criminal, thief, and grifter that specializes in defrauding charitable institutions and independent businesses. She uses acting and photography as a means of stealing and marketing information and items stolen from her clients. She has robbed Alzheimer's Institutions, Education Companies, and Special Education Institutions.

She has recently fled Chicago for multiple crimes including several accounts of "Theft over $500" and "Breach of Contract".
She masquerades as an actor and photographer for the sake of getting access to to equipment and valuables she intends to steal. Her mode of operation is opportunistic, not targeted. If you pay her a deposit she will not show up. She will not honor any contracts if its fulfillment disrupts a higher priced scam she has in operation.
Her criminal record makes her eligible for deportation. As she has caused a lot of harm to others in need, she will not be reported to ICE until it will cause her the most personal and professional harm.
